ADULT BOXING CLASSES IN SAN JOSE

For those members who are entertaining the thought of becoming a part of our Fight Team or members who just want to learn the sweet science of boxing through attack and defense, a full body workout will be achieved no matter what with this hour and fifteen minute class! Combinations involving speed, power, and counter strikes will be built upon. Emphasis will be on proper boxing techniques and principles including head movement, proper boxing stance, footwork, and body positioning.
