Cardio Boxing Classes in San Jose
Our cardio classes are our most frequent classes and are full of energy and intensity. These classes run Monday-Friday several times a day and our coaches are so well versed in the areas of boxing and cardio that no classes are ever the same! The intent of these classes is to deliver a full body workout so that bodies become toned and strength is gained therefore achieving weight loss. The bonus is learning basic to intermediate boxing skills. Cardio classes usually involve punching bags, mitts, boxing gloves, muy thai pads, hand weights, medicine balls, bosu balls, tires, ropes, TRX bands, and much more. The structure of our classes comprise of 10-15 minutes of warm ups, 30 minutes or more of cardio, and at least 5 minutes of cool down followed by stretching.
